Return period
You have 30 calendar days after receiving the product to start a return process. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition with all original packaging.

Return costs
The return costs are at your expense as the customer. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. Return costs start at $11 for small packages and may vary depending on size. Please ensure that the return package is addressed to our facility in China.

Return label
You are responsible for downloading, printing, and attaching the return label to the package.

Exchanges
After receiving and inspecting the return shipment at our warehouse in China, we will offer an exchange, depending on availability. Please contact our customer service team to start the exchange process and receive further instructions.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's guidelines.

Exceptions
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued, for example, for products with signs of use or returns outside the 30-day period. Fees may apply if the returned product arrives damaged.
